1. Information on collection of personal data and contact data of the responsible entity

Transmission or other usage of the data does not take place. However, we reserve the right to subsequently check server log files, in case that concrete indications suggest an unlawful usage.

4. Contact establishment

During contact establishment with us (e.g. by contact form or e-mail), personal data are collected. Which data will be collected can be seen from the respective form. The collected data will be stored and used solely for the purposes of reply, respectively for contact establishment and the related technical administration. Legal basis for the data processing is our justified interest to reply to your enquiry in accordance with the German Data Protection Guideline (DSGVO Art. 6, Paragraph 1 lit. f). In case that a contact establishment is intended for a contract conclusion, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b of the DSVGO applies as well. After concluded processing, your data will be deleted, in such case as it can be concluded from the given circumstances, that the respective state of affairs is closed and no legal obligations to preserve according records and data exist.

 
5. Online Marketing

Google AdSense

Our web pages uses Google AdSense, an internet advertising service from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Adsense applies so-called "DoubleClick DART Cookies" ("Cookies"). These are text files stored on your terminal device, allowing an analyses of the usage of our webpages by you. Furthermore, Google AdSense applies so-called "Web-Beacons" (small invisible graphics) for information collection. By applying, simple actions such as visitors' traffic can be recorded, collected and assessed. The information created by this Cookie or Web-Beacon (including your IP address) is by standard transmitted and stored to Google's server in the USA.

Google uses the such received information in order to evaluate your user behaviour related to AdSense advertisements. The IP address submitted within the framework of AdSense is not merged with other data from Google. Potentially, the information collected by Google are transmitted to third parties, as long as this is legally mandatory and/or as long as third parties process these data by Google's order.

The above described data processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO with the aim of a targeted promotional approach of the user by advertising third parties, whose ads are displayed on the basis of the evaluated user behaviour on our web pages. Also, this data processing serves our financial interest for the utilisation of the economic potential by displaying personalised advertisements from third parties against remuneration.

7.2 Google Web Fonts

8. Rights of the person concerned

8.1 The applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive data protection rights (information and intervention rights) to the person responsible regarding the processing of your personal data, which we will inform you about below:

- Right of access according to DSGVO Art. 15: In particular, you have a right of information about the personal data processed by us, the processing purposes, the categories of processed personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed or will be, planned storage period or the criteria for determining the storage period, the right of rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, objection to the processing, complaint to a supervisory authority, the origin of your data, if they were not collected by us, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and possibly meaningful information on the logic involved and the scope and effect of such processing, as well as your right to be informed, which guarantees persist according to DSGVO Art. 46 when your data is forwarded to third countries;

- Right to correction according to DSGVO Art. 16: You have the right to immediate correction of incorrect data concerning you and / or completion of your incomplete data stored by us;

- Right to cancellation pursuant to DSGVO Art.17: You have the right to demand the deletion of your personal data if the requirements of DSGVO Art. 17 (1) are met. However, that right does not apply, in particular, where the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the pursuit, exercise or defence of rights;

- Right to restriction of the processing according to DSGVO Art.18: You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as long as the correctness of your data, which you contested, is checked, if you refuse a deletion of your data due to inadmissible data processing and instead require the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal rights, after we no longer need this data after purpose or if you objected for reasons of your special situation, as yet as it is not certain, whether our legitimate reasons prevail;

- Right to information in accordance with DSGVO Art.19: If you have pled the right to rectify, delete or limit the processing to the person responsible, he / she is obliged to inform all recipients to whom the personal data relating to you have been disclosed about rectification or deletion of the data or limitation of processing, unless proving to be impossible or disproportionate. You have the right to be informed about these recipients;

- Right to data portability according to DSGVO Art.20: You have the right to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible, as far as this is technically feasible;

- Right of revocation of granted consent pursuant to DSGVO Art. 7 Clause 3: You have the right to revoke consent once given in the processing of data at any time with effect for the future. In the case of withdrawal, we will delete the data concerned immediately, as far as further processing cannot be based on a legal basis for consent-free processing. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation;

- Right to appeal under DSGVO Art. 77: If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is contrary to the DSGVO, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in any other administrative or judicial remedy the Member State of your whereabouts, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

 

8.2 OPPOSITION RIGHT

9. Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective legal retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). After the deadline, the corresponding data are routinely deleted, if they are no longer required to fulfil the contract or to initiate a contract and / or on our part no legitimate interest in the re-storage persists.
